Support for .mov files

We've expanded our video support to include .mov files, making it easier to upload and process video ads regardless of format. Additionally, we now automatically add black backgrounds to 16:9 videos, ensuring they fit properly in video slots while maintaining the playbar functionality.

Enhanced client filtering

Fixed several bugs with the client filter on the campaigns page, including performance issues and display problems with long selections. The filter now works smoothly and maintains table state properly when switching between views.
