Video ad frames via API

You can now capture specific frames from video ads when creating screenshots via API. When uploading a video ad or providing a video URL, you can specify custom frame timestamps (like 3.5 seconds or 15 seconds) to capture exactly the moments you want to showcase in your screenshots. Frame information is included in webhook notifications and displayed in the web UI.
