How does Ad Reform create ad screenshots?
You add your ads and the sites you want them shown on. Ad Reform loads each page, finds an ad slot that matches your ad’s size, places your creative in it and captures the page on desktop or mobile. Our team reviews every set against your requirements before it’s delivered.
What ad formats can you screenshot?
Third-party ad tags, URL tags, HTML5 zip files, native ads, and image and video files, across display, video, native and mobile placements. We also support Google search, newsletter and CTV screenshots. If you have a format we haven’t covered, ask and we’ll look at adding it.
Can screenshots run automatically?
Yes. Connect Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr or CM360 and new line items or placements are picked up automatically. You can also schedule recurring screenshots, with an option to recapture the latest creative on every run.
Can I include the URL, timestamp or device frame?
Yes. Screenshots can include a browser bar with the page URL and a timestamp, a device frame, and a red border to highlight your ad. You can also set organization-wide default instructions so every set follows your client’s requirements.
How do I share screenshots with clients?
Download them one by one or in bulk with your own file naming, or create branded PowerPoint and PDF presentations from your own template. You can also push finished screenshots to Slack, Google Drive, Amazon S3 or your dashboards with webhooks.
How long do screenshots take?
Sets start running as soon as you hit generate and finish in the background. How long it takes depends on how many screenshots you request and how quickly the sites load. Most teams find it 5–10x faster than taking screenshots by hand.
Is an ad screenshot the same as ad verification?
No. Ad Reform captures proof-of-placement screenshots that show your creative in context on the sites in your campaign, for client reporting, tear sheets and approvals. It doesn’t measure impressions or viewability, so it works alongside your verification vendor rather than replacing it.
